    Tasty food. Good portion size for price/value. Friendly service. Only done takeout but always felt welcomed. Decent option when in this part of Richmond.

    A standard Hong Kong style in Richmond.  Very spacious with a few bench seats.  They took over what used to be a karaoke so you see some room partitions.

    The menu is very straightforward with rice and fried noodle plates. Standard baked rice and spaghetti items. Then some Cantonese style dishes, desserts, and drinks.  All standard, nothing fancy. All prices shown for entrees are for non peak hours. For dinner between 6 and 9pm, add $1 to prices shown. Most include a drink but no extra charge for cold. That's good. And their cold drinks are taller than most. That's better.

    Onto the food. We had a group so did some sampling of a few rice items. I stuck with my favorite - baked rice. This time with mixed white and tomato sauce. Generous serving of sizable prawns and ham.

    My buddies had salted fish with chicken fried rice and dried olives green beans with diced pork. Both had a rich flavour but may need an acquired taste. But the fragrance meant they used genuine goods and the "wok hay" a.k.a. heat from the wok is very good.

    I personally enjoyed all these three rice items. Other couple at our table had the fancier chicken steak on rice with sauce on the side.

    It was a funny sight when all of us had rice and the six guys next to us all had different sorts of noodles. Fried, spaghetti, and soup noodles. All looked good.

    Nice find of another option for HK style.

    I think a two year span of visits is enough to finally write a review.

    It started with an introduction from a co-worker, then I started bringing the fam here and we've been going to Enjoy since. Every time we can't think of where to go or decide on what type of food to go for, we always end up at Enjoy. And my kids really like this place.

    On our usual "Play It Safe" list are:
    * Baked Seafood with Cream Sauce on Rice
    * House Special Chow Mein
    * Swirl Egg & Shrimp Fried Rice Noodle
    * Singaporean Style Fried Vermicelli

    On the "OK" list are:
    * Braised E-Fu Noodle with Seafood in XO Sauce
    * E-Fu Noodle with Pork & Eggplant in XO Sauce
    * Beef Brisket w/Seasonal Vegetable Chow Mein
    * Sautéed Rice Noodle with Prawns & Beef in Black Pepper
    * Baked Pork Chop w/Tomato Sauce on Rice

    On the "Never Again" list are:
    * Baked Ox Tongue on Fried Rice
    * Lobster (imitation) in Butter Sauce and E-Fu Noodles (lacking the fake lobsters)
    * Curry Beef Brisket with Rice
    * Curry Beef Brisket Noodles
    (I don't know what it is about their curry but I just didn't like it. Maybe Mui's to blame. I don't know.)

    Their meals come with hot or cold drinks. Or, you can sub it with soup at no extra charge. Their dinner menu is exactly the same but they charge $1 more. I also used to get the choose 1/2/3 items combo but it's gotten too pricey now so that's off the usual list. But otherwise, most of the items are good value and decent portions.

    Our last visit, I thought I had enough Enjoy, but found something new again--Baked Seafood with Pineapple on Rice in Portuguese Sauce. Added that to the usual list.

    Parking can be a little hectic during peak times but there are more spots behind the building.

    Food is not bad and price is reasonable but service is horrible.
    Management and/ or ownership needs to seriously look at their staff and who they hire.
    You will lose customers with your current staff, i know i will NOT come back because of your staff's poor customer service.
    You are in the service industry, smile and acknowledge your customers, if you don't like smiling and not a people's person, dont work in the service industry!
    I came here for dinner, took a while to waive a waiter to order our food, ask for napkins and utensils, didn't finish my sentence and he turns without acknowledging and walks away, granted he came back with napkins and utensils but a bit rude.
    Same when we ordered. Dropped off wrong drink, waived him down to say wrong drink, again no acknowledgment, no apologies, just took drink and walk away, didn't say a word. Same thing when we asked for containers to pack up our leftovers.
    This waiter just doesn't talk!
    I certainly would NOT want this guy to work for me in my company........I will lose customers!
    Management/ ownership, do something about your staff!

    This place used to be a karoke bar many many years ago.  The owner hasn't renovated the restaurant since it was converted to restaurant back in the 90s.  That's why you see there are rooms in the restaurant which used to be karoke rooms.  Parking here during the day can be a pain but usually there is one or two spaces available as people come and go often.  At night there are more parking available because most of the other shops are closed after 5PM.  When I go to Enjoy Cafe 1+1 I usually order their fried rice.  This is a Hong Kong style cafe restaurant which serves Cantonese food.  The restaurant is on the 2nd floor.  Elderly people can take the elevator...which can be slow.  The food here is decent and portion is decent size too.  Most other Chinese HK style cafe offers cold drinks at an additional cost but Enjoy Cafe 1+1 is offer cold drink for free when purchasing certain dishes.
